2024 Lakawon Beach Trip

 

Lakawon Resort - Day tour

 Lakawon is located at Viejo Cadiz and it is known for its Crystal clear turquoise water. The Resort offers various activities and amenities such as swimming, banana boat, snorekling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and many more. 

HOW TO GET THERE

Steps:

1. If you are from from Bacolod City or any point in Negros, you may take a Ceres bus that travels from Bacolod to Cadiz.

Centralized - php85-120 {$1.5-$2.15}

With AC- php150-200{$2.7-$3.6}

2. Ask them to drop you off at Martisan Crossing.
3. Upon arriving at Martisan Crossing, there are available motorcycles that can bring you to the Lakawon port. Motorcycle fee is  PHP 120-150 pesos ($2.15-2.7) 

4. Upon arrival at the port you will have to pay your your entrance fee. rates will be seen below.

4. Ride a boat from Lakawon port to Lakawon Island. It takes about 15-20 minutes. (or more depending on the waves)

Pirce range in USD ($13.35- $11.5) 

 This fee is mainly for entrance, terminal fee at the port,  2-way boat transfer, cottage and floating bar access.

Note:This is on the top of your accommodation. Which means staying overnight price will change but this is still part of the entrance fee to the resort.

The following are extra Charges if necessary:

500ml Hard Drinks: Php 500
1L Hard Drinks: Php 800
Water gallon: Php 150

- Me and my Cousins had this trip last January starting the year right and being one with nature. I totally suggest you bring your own food and some drink. The bar area and the floating bar area also offers nice cocktails and mocktails.

Shades of Red

I got a bit bored while working...

so I did a random make up look to kill some time...

I got my Missha just a few days ago, It was recomended by a special someone {🤭}. I really want to try it when it arrived but thought it's a bit wasteful...AND THEN... I got bored and did it anywayys..

Don't know what theme this is... I was going for a mix of douyin and foxy eyes but I think at the end I just gave up and did a random look. 

NOTE: Not the best selfie or photos since I didn't think i'll post here. LOL

I will share some of the things I used, however, some products I can't label because either I lost the tag or it faded. 

BASE, BLUSH and BROWS

As I mentioned earlier I recieved my MISSHA bb cream and I really like the consistency of it. Application might be a bit tricky but I prefer using my fingers for the bb cream and it actually covers most of my imperfection. Setting it with powder is a must if you dont like a dewy finish, I set mine with Careline in the shade "tan" totally recomend it if you have more of an oily skin like me . For the record I can say MISSHA is going to be one of my fave bb cream. The application, the way it feels on the skin and the finish look is just amazing.

Oh! and did I already say that it smells divine?... because this thing smells like an expensive baby powder and I am... Obsessssedd!!!

As for the Brows I used CARELINE brow liner, I actually messed up a bit but i dont mind as long as it looks natural and not as if I used a stencil {not my style}. Also, I used a few LAMEILA products  for this look , it's a cheap chinese make up brand that I got almost year ago, it's an OK product but personally, will not recomend you to buy it, unless you're like me who don't mind using  cheap eyeshadows and blush.  So, for blush and nose contour I used lameila {as less as possible}  and it look just fine ...not bad at all. 

 EYESHADOWing..💕

I used Milktea palette and Ear earth palette. On my eyes there's only 5 products i think...? 

Make sure to set the eyes first with eye primer or whatever works for you. All I did after I applied a tiny amount of bb cream on my lid and set it with a translucent powder. After that I am ready for the FUN PART !

Steps :
1.  Get a based color and slowly start blending it on your eyes from the outer conner going in to the inner corner of the eye. Keep in mind BLENDING IS KEY. I used  Milktea no. 7

2. Once you're satisfied with the base get a darker shade. I used Milktea no. 8 and use that to deepen the color on the outer corner and slowly going in creating that faded effect. You can keep going until you are satisfied with how it look, just keep BLENDING

3. Take the dark shade you used and use your finger or a small brush and smudge it on your eyelid  to create a smokey gradiation.

4. Then, get the brush you used for you eyeshadow earlier and use the excess product to blend the lower eyes, and get as close to the lower lash as possible. 

{I personally don't like over doing aegyosal, that's one reason why I want to keep it subtle and close to the lower lash line. Preference. }

5. Used the shade ear earth no.2  to pop a little shimmer on the center of my eyes and I used it also to highlight my inner corner. 

6. Lastly, add a wing using your wing liner and some glitter on the upper eyes

 LIPPIE TIME:

To make everything short and simple for the lips I labled which product I used in sequence. 

1. Make sure your lips is clean. 

2. Add a small amount of  your based shade. I used MAYBELINE in the shade "don't be rude"

3.I added Cherry red lip tint in the middle part of the lips and rubbed my lips together or you use fingers to blend it. 

3. I used my metalic glow lip gloss in the shade "rose gold" on top. Just add a "shear" layer on your lips. 

4. You can skip this step.

 To top it off  I took a red glossy lipstick and dabbed a small amount on the inner middle part of the lips to  make the scarlet/cherry look pop. 



AND.. That is it. I feel like this is too long and idk what i'm really doing with this look but I had fun while I was trying not to fall asleep while working. Good way to escape sleepiness x_x
